Consequences
We will focus on natural consequences in our classroom, rather than punishments. We will begin our year with a class meeting to develop our goals, mission, and expectations. We will discuss natural consequences and what those might look like for different infractions. We will also focus on problem-solving. For instance, if a particular student seems to be having a hard time coming to class on time each day, we will discuss the possible causes and help develop a plan to help the student get to class on time.
